Looks a little different in person. To me the spikes are jagged up close, like they are pixelated, and more grey than black. The cream color is also more warm than the stock pictures. There is a light but consistent pattern of steel blue color in the background of the cream areas, which I did not see at all in the stock pictures. The rug is not soft, but not hard or rough either.

I love this rug so much it is even more beautiful in person!!I cannot say if it is easy to clean because I have not had to yet. I can say it is soft and way nicer than I even expected!! ORDER IT!!

I was very excited to have found this rug and excited for it to arrive. However, I was SO disappointed when I unrolled it and saw the colors. I ordered the Ivory/Grey rug - the rug I received is definitely NOT Ivory. Instead of an Ivory color, the light colored part of the rug is very much a light grey and has light blue streaks in it. This light grey is a very "cool" color compared to the "warm" ivory color shown in the photos. The dark part of the rug is a darker grey, but not nearly as dark as the photos show - the photos show that part of the rug to almost be black (which is what I wanted).I understand colors can appear different on a computer monitor or smartphone screen, and the lighting when the photo was taken can also make the colors appear a different color. However, the description for this rug clearly states "Ivory/Grey", yet there is nothing "ivory" about this rug. The description also doesn't say anything about light blue streaks in the light colored part of the rug - I wish I would have known that (I don't like the blue streaks). Overall, this rug is very much in the "cool" tones of colors - not the "warm" ivory and almost black tones that is shown.In one of the photos of this rug along side the furniture, you can see that the furniture IS ivory, and it looks like it matches the rug very well. I have a very similar ivory sofa, and the grey rug I received does not look good with the ivory sofa. I really wanted a rug like the one in the photo with the furniture - a true ivory, "warm" colored rug. Very disappointed.

Purchased the size navy, 8x10 for my living room hardwood floor. I love the design and color. No issues with any tears or rips upon arrival. No smell. Saw this rug on multiple websites but amazon had the best price plus free returns if needed. Item arrived just rolled up in plastic, no box. Did have to weigh the edges down for a few days. Only 1 edge still curls up. Instead of buying a rug pad, I use carpet tape which I also got from amazon and applied that to keep in place on the floors. Vacuumed with no issues. Don't really know how to clean it except spot cleaning. I also got a runner rug in the same color for the entry way.

I had to build a series of "terraces" to allow my oldest cat to reach the windowsill. He still found these a little treacherous, so I bought this rug and cut it into sections large enough to cover each terrace. That gave him the necessary grip - but also established a series of different levels on each of which I usually find a cat reclining! Visitors to the house love it. So I can't say how well it would work on the floor, but I can whole-heartedly endorse it as a very decorative and very comfortable cat haven.

Just was not what I thought it would be. It looks really cheaply printed in person and the material it's made out of is cheap too. The color scheme looks like navy and white but in person it's more of a jewel tone blue with black hues speckled throughout.

I am so impressed by how easy this rug is to clean! My dogs pooped on this rug at least 3 times, (bummer) but the clean up was unbelievably easy! I used a disinfectant and a brush for clean up. I did not have to scrub at all, the brown came right off, like I was erasing a chalk board. I am very, very pleasantly surprised and grateful that my new rug wasn't ruined by these accidents. It looks as good as new! I highly recommend this rug for pet owners.

I am very surprised that no one has yet mentioned this....I ordered an 8x10. This is not a true 8x10 and is falsley advertised. I attempted to call amazon to resolve this an get the correct size and they offered no options for this. Its a beautiful rug, but not the size that's advertised....so if you are okay with a smaller rug this may be for you.
