It is very easy to use, has worked perfectly, and the included cleaner cleared all the scale away in just one cleaning, using just a half teaspoon of the cleaner.Using hot water to fill it does make the process start a bit faster.I had an issue with my machine having very hard to remove rust after two uses, and the seller sent a replacement right away.The customer service alone has been very helpful.

This works great, I bought it for my humidifier after it was impossible to find distilled water. It takes a few hours to make a gallon of water. It shuts off when it’s done making water but if you bump the on button on accident, it won’t shut off unless you unplug it.It’s very easy to clean and I recommend buying citric acid instead of the cleaning product labeled for the machine because it’s the same thing and a lot less expensive.

I wrote a review stating the machine stopped working. Now I realize the electrical outlet was blown! This had never happened before so I thought the machine broke. Sorry that I didn't figure it out before now. The machine is working perfectly!

I love having my own distiller as I became tired of searching stores for distilled water for my humidifier and my husband’s cpap machine. it takes a few minutes to set up overnight and is easy to clean for the next day.

Easily one of the best purchases I’ve made. I use distilled water for nearly everything, my robot mop, bottle sanitizer, bottle warmer, and after running it through a filter, we even drink it (Yes I know, overkill) this has already saved us so much time and money. I always have the water on hand that I need. Very helpful.
