FolgersBlack Silk Dark Roast Coffee, 9.6 Ounces (Pack of 6)

This is really good coffee- I was surprised by Folgers. I prefer a bold roast and Folgers Black Silk is the best. I originally questioned how well this roast would stand up to major brands, but after the first few days I was surprised. I decided no more $20/lb coffee and I will stick with Folgers. Not only is it robust and bold, it’s not bitter at all. Delicious. With the price swings of recent for the 22oz packaging better stock up when it dips in price.

I have been buying this for years (since Folgers made it available) and I still love it. I cannot knock the coffee itself, but I hate that politics have changed the cost of what I pay.Before 2021, I paid about $7 (per tub) at my local, and then 6+ on this site. Then, it rose to $13+ between 2021 and recent.Good thing I had stocked up....Now it is still more than I like, but the coffees that I "really" like are around 2-3 times as much for the same amount, I am building up my stock again.Despite the expiration, if you deep freeze, it tastes the same after 5 years...

These arrived late as hell, but still folgers. Always good.

Perfect dark, rich, aromatic coffee. Smooth with no bitterness.
