It works great! I bought this last year and it still preforms like new. It holds a charge for a long time.I've used it on natural, acrylic, polygel and nail tips. It's easy to use and does a good job. You can change the speed as needed.I'm left handed and can change to reverse and still work with either hand. Let's face it if you do your own nails you have to be able to switch hands and that feature is good.I also like that it fits most nail bits. I've bought extra ones and they all fit. The ones that came with it are just OK. If you plan on working with artificial nails you will need to buy more. That's fine because most of these efiles come with the same standard bits. Just know you can buy the extra ones you like and they will work.I really lik this product and hopefully will get another year of good use. It seems like I will.

I received this a couple weeks ago. I like to do my own nails at home with gel polish. Only downside of gel is kind of hard to get off quickly. I would try soaking in acetone but it would make my skin sensitive so I would file the gel off but that would take too long. So I looked into electric files/drill and I was initially going to buy one that was $15 as I don't need anything special but after reading the reviews for that I realized that would probably last me a few months and then break. This one on the other hand feels very good quality and at a good price point. It has a good weight to it and comes pre-charged along with the cord to charge it. I think this will last me a long time and I have already used it several times. It is very easy to control the speed, the direction and it has a pause button as well which is amazing.

It stopped working 60 days after I bought it. Supposedly there is a 2 year warranty but no way to contact the company. I hope they read this review and contact me.It appears to have a loose wire because as I move the drill it cuts out.**UpdateThe company really stands behind their product and issued me a full refund. I've bought a replacement and will let you know if it is better. I'd recommend trying this company. Great customer service**Update 2It's a year later and the drill is still working great. I should have mentioned in the original review but I only use it for my daughter's and my own nails so about twice a month. Still very happy though.

This is a great product. It's an easy to learn with beginners nail file with the power of a professional if needed. It stays charged for a long time and it's quiet. It's a myst for do it yourself nails!
