Very dangerous
It strained my shoulder and biceps after use( used too much weight),i couldn't exercise for months, i have neck stiffness and i got it for that only, it's still good if you use light weight

A very well designed product. The 4 inverted d-rings along with the bottom strap is perfect for the front as well as the rear neck. The chain is sturdy with a great spring latch. Does not rub against the cheeks and the 4 d-rings work really well. Go for it without a doubt.

Overall quite good
I'm quite satisfied with the product but there are a few issues I would like to mention for those who are planning on buying this.It is adjustable but can be small for some. It's good for doing neck extensions but for neck curls it can be uncomfortable. If you have resistance bands that can be connected to the neck harness buckle then it will be really helpful.I am not really sure about the build quality yet since it's been a few days since I have been using it. The quality doesn't seem to be bad. I would recommend this product
