A great habit to get into is to wake up, gulp 1 scoop of these EAAs in 16oz of water (the POG flavor is better than morning orange juice!) and do 30 minutes of cardio.

I got the unflavored myself and find its really not that bad. I mix it with OJ seems to dissolve fast and then I down it. Its not meant for a beverage, everything good taste bad most of the time.

This product is great quality and flavor. For me I used one scoop in almost 24oz of water and it was still too sweet. I will be using a half scoop. Otherwise, I’m happy with the price and quality and amount of aminos in this product,

Boy the smell is very intense with the unflavored one. But once it's mixed with anything that has flavor you cant taste it. I use it in my intra workout shake. Other wise the its good, just smells absolutely horrible on its own.

Taste is decent and not overly sweet. Helped reduce fatigue during workouts and supports recovery. Some clumping if you don’t shake well enough, but overall, a dependable supplement to keep in your gym stack.
