The media could not be loaded.  after twenty days of planting, one part is completely dried up, kindly help how to revive the plant

The plant was packed with dried up mud and without any moisture, it was almost dead when I received the package. Since I am a plant lover, hence couldn't return the plant, else it would've died for sure in the return journey.Very poor packaging and poor quality plant sent. All the leaves had fallen off when I opened the packet
