Used only 1/2 packet for 7 containers, but taste and texture were amazing! Still had to process for 36 hours. Benefits were apparent after short use. I will buy it again.

bad culture
I have been making yogurt for 20 years. I have made pretty much every culture you can get out there except this one. I followed the low temp, inulin, and hour directions to the T and disinfected my equipment before hand. Ended up with a bowl of rotten yeast infection smelling goop. i tried using 3 packets just for the heck of it to see if it was just a matter of yeast taking hold before the culture. All i did was get another bowl of rotten yeast goop but way faster. My cultures were clearly dead and/or contaminated. Maybe it was in a hot amazon warehouse, maybe it was bad from teh factory. i dont know. but it was bad
