I have been taking phytoesterin for almost 10 years now...went off of them for a little while when I couldn't find anyone around who sold the product anymore and did I and everyone else ever notice the difference. Decided to purchase through amazon and am so happy I did. They are great for night sweats and mood swings. Even got my friend using them and she totally agrees although her symptoms were more severe than mine. Great product and hopefully will never have to go without them.

My hot flashes were 1-2 an hour before trying this. After I took one of these pills a day for about 4-6 weeks they finally started working. Hot flashes diminished to about 1 every 4 hours and only 1 at most overnight while sleeping. Try these and be patient. Again it took several weeks for them to start working. I feel much better. This makes, I have lost count on how many, "natural" menopause relieve compounds I have tried. This one made the hot flashes worse, does NOTHING whatsoever to relieve Any menopause symptoms. Hot flashes that for me are Non-Stop, as in there are no more than 5-10 minutes between the end of one hot flash and the start of the next one. My doctors are all fired as of today because they have been Useless, I have decided that there is No Such Thing as "natural" menopause relief. It is all a marketing scheme and a rip off. Prescription hormone replacement is $200 a month out of pocket, no insurance covers hormone replacement anymore and they don't work either as I do not absorb any means we have tried. This product was as much a waste of money as the rest.

This supplement completely eliminated all my symptoms. I was having hot flashes several times every hour for about 2 months, as well as night sweats and sleeplessness. This has helped me get off the hormone patch. I still get a warmish feeling, but nothing uncomfortable. I feel great using this produce.I tried to just get off hormone patch in the past, but experienced fatigue, not sleeping well, and somewhat depressed even using othe over the counter products with no success. Since I have been taking the Usana, I sleep well, have energy, and feel good. It is the best!

I purchased this product to help with my hot flashes at night. The first night after taking the pills, I didn't have a hot flash. I can't believe it worked so fast. I love this product, I can sleep now and not wake up in a sweat.
