They work.
Was sceptical, but they work very well

Does what it needs to do
Converts a USB header to a USB connection if you've run out of headers on your board. It even provides a bump in speed over the USB 2.0 ports on my retro Zalman HD160XT Plus

no problems here
I'm always a bit wary of computer parts and accessories from some chinese brand I've never heard of. But I used one of these to connect an old internal SD card reader to a USB3 header on my motherboard, and it's working just fine.

Mostly works well!
One appeared to have some loose soldering on it, so it did not work. The other one was fine. Thankfully I only needed one!The one that did work is just what I needed. My pre-built PC did not have any USB headers on the motherboard, so I used this in combination with a PCIE card that had internal usb headers to hook a fan controller to. Works perfectly.
