Been working on our front door flawlessly for over 2 years.
Works great for over 2 years now for our pivoting front door on our house with a pull handle. It has an adjustable tensioner so the wind doesn’t blow the door open. Our builder was impressed with how well built this was.

music to my ears
I love opening and closing my doors every day now. I never expected the door to make the knocking sound when you open or close it, so it is pretty awesome. It also holds the door shut well if installed correctly.

Took it apart and mixed the parts with existing and it worked great.

Nice latch. Had to cut the springs to get it right but does the job.
With a slight cutting of the springs I was able to install for my purpose and it works great. It appears to be of acceptable quality.
