Love this bag!! Took a chance buying it used but new and it looks brand new. Came with a lot of manufacturer packaging and I can’t see how it’s not new. Possibly considered used after a quick return. The bag is fabulous!

This is one gorgeous bag! Perfect size, 100% authentic, great price and very eye catching. It has just enough room to hold everything I need with a zipper across the top to hold it all in. Extra pockets on the outside are a major plus as well. There are 2 deep slip pockets inside and a large zipper pocket. Exactly what I was looking for! I had questions about the bag, which the seller answered promptly and I received it sooner than expected. Overall great experience and very pleased with my purchase. Would definitely reccomend!

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my daughter last year. (Under a year ago). I also purchased one for my other daughter in pink. The black purse is fraying all over the place. I contacted the seller and they said they could not do anything since it has been almost a year and that they do not warranty wear and tear. Excuse me, Michael Kors does warranty this type of thing. I am very upset with my purchase and All Glitters. If you are selling true "Michael Kors", extend the warranty that they give.
