Substantial and solid
Much more substantial than I expected and works well. Not perfectly finished, but certainly good enough.

Good hook terrible screws
This does look great and feels pretty sturdy so time will tell of it lasts, the only thing I have against it are the absolutely terrible screws that shop with it they would round off on wood?! Not quite sure how you can make such a terrible screw that wood defeats it

Screws are rubbish
The pre drilled holes in both parts of the latch are too small for the screws provided and when I tried them they broke off. because they are soft brass.The latch itself is good quality.

The hooks and keeps are perfectly functional, but have an average finish which spoils the look a little. But the screws are very low quality, throw them away and use decent fixings.
