Love this fan. Very fancy and love the gold tone. Picture reflects a very bright light, but truthfully its not as bright as I would like. I placed the bulbs specified in the instruction manual and will have to get brighter ones, but for now with the low light its perfect where i have it. Fan feature is great has a powerful air output on Med and High speeds. The low works great as well. Very happy with my purchase but remember to purchase a higher wattage for brighter lighting.

To match rest of the room, I needed a crystal equipped fan with lamps which does not look modern but not tacky. After weeks of shopping this was the best available option that fits my budget. I had this sitting on my cart for a month before I placed the order.Tl;dr: i do not regret the purchase. it checks all the boxes.But thats enough for a 4 star rating, not 5.My package was damaged during shipping, the lamp cage was squeezed and deformed. I was worried since it is not a prime fulfilled item. The seller was 'Eileen Grays'. After sending them email and photos, they were very quick to respond and resolved my problem fast by replacing it. I am extremely pleased. Prime-like service :)So that is a definitely 5 start purchase.Technical tips:This fan comes with a modular remote control system. The remote control receiver is not built in to the fan itself. It is a separate device which needs to be added into the wiring when installing he fan. This gave me a great flexibility.I installed this fan in the family room where I prefer to use smart wall switches which work with Google Home. Adding remote will just add an unnecessary layer of control which I did not need. So I decided to not install the remote module at all.FYI, I already had wiring installed for separate switches for light and fan control. With dimmable Google Assistant enabled wall switches, it's going to work great 😊If you do not have separate wires for lights and fan, remote is a great option to control them individually (instead of the pull chain unlike traditional fans).I am glad that I stored the remote module and the controller safely :) I ended up repainting and re-installing my old fan in our guest room where I only had a ceiling light. The decade old traditional fan works perfectly fine with the remote module and allows me to control the fan and light individually.I wish if I could give them one more star for this modular remote control design.

This fan is beautiful and very quiet and has a strong airflow. The lights are very bright…especially if you put bright white bulbs in it. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because we could not connect it to two separate wall switches. One to turn on the fan and one to turn on the light. We just connected it to one wall switch and keep that one turned on so that we can use the remote to operate the unit. That worked well and we are happy with the solution.

Lamps are lovely in pictures; didn't receive them. So again refund please ASAP NOT good xmas!

I'm so in love with my new fan! My electrician installed for me and it was a bit of a pain but he really had no issue. He was amazed at how still it is when running. It's so quiet too. The chandelier itself is just so beautiful. Did a complete redo of my bedroom and this is a show stopper!

Finally got this hung in our flip house and it is beautiful. Came with two extension pole sizes which was great as we needed the longer size. Looks really expensive and was pretty simple to assemble and put up.

We haven’t even had the fan installed in our nursery for my unborn child for two months and the lights completely went out in it and do not work. The remote nor the switches make the lights come on. Also the fan is either on or off, no change in speed and it only turns on or off with the fan off button.. Now I have to go buy ANOTHER fan to replace this one I just bought. Very frustrating.
