My 9 yr old grandson opened it for Christmas last night. He seemed to like it. He and his mom tried them out with his martial arts moves. His 2 yr old sister (who not take martial arts yet but tries to do everything her big brother does) tried them out too. They really seemed to like them and he says they will help him practice. Seem sturdy

Punching pads are good but kicking pad is very small.

These focus mitts and small bag are perfect for light punches and kicks. I'm working more on precision, form, and balance so I don't need anything heavy duty. They do still take a lot of impact and so far are holding up well.

We use this for karate practice to do punch’s and kicks easy to use and good quality for the money.

I'm not prejudiced against this made in Asia product, I'm asian.... BUT the gloves specifically after you wear them for more than just a couple of minutes (I was letting my kids practice Tae Kwon Do) your hands smell like fish... it's a bit weird.

I'd rather he hit these than me, and he is beginning to grasp that hitting a pad someone is holding is fun, while hitting someone without a pad is NOT KIND.

Bought this for my son he really enjoys it gloves are confortable but the cushion it a bit small for my 6 year old it’s fine for noah but we will have to get. Different one as he gets older but it’s well padded
