There was a little confusion with delivery dates but it did come. This hot tub was so easy to set up. Just position it, fill it, and plug it in. It heats up quickly and holds heat well.Pros:-The jets work very well and help create a lovely experience- The lights are very cool. There are multiple modes you can pan through for whatever mood you are in.- The spa seems to hold it's water parameters much better than expected. I rarely have to do more than add a tad of chlorine every few days-There are multiple settings for the filter cycle. So you can set it to not be running during peak electric usage times. So if your provider charges extra due8ng serta8n houres you can set it up to use less electricity during those times. It also has vacation settings and winter settings and so forth.Cons:- I guess if I had to pick a con it would be that sometimes it is difficult to get tye buttons that control the jets and the lights to register that you have pressed them. Considering how much bang you get for your buck though this is a petty complaint. I don't really mind having to push the button twice sometimes.All in all this is a fantastic spa and after a year + of enjoying it I still couldn't be happier with my purchas.

The hot tub that was delivered leaked. I contacted the manufacturer per Amazon instrutcitons, they told me the serial number that was reported was sold 3 months ealier to another customer, in Florida, and was returned due to massive leaks. I recieved the same hot tub, with massive leaks, and a damaged power line connector. I filled the hot tub half full, after following the instructions, within an hour, all the water had drained out. After contacting Amazon for a refund, I am now into the 2nd week of trying to get this returned. RXO freight will not pick up the unit. I am going on my 4th attempt to get it picked up, they keep cancelling the pick up. Amazon is saying I have until the 31st of Aug to complete this return. Buyer beware.

An online hot tub?!?!!! To say I was skeptical is an understatement. But full disclosure I am so impressed by how fast it shipped. How easy it was to set up and get it running. We used the plug and play for now, but will have an electrician hook it up for 240.This is not a high end hot tub with all the bells and whistles. We purchased the tub with the lounger . It’s perfect for my 5’7” height. It’s a tad short for my 6’2” husband. If you’re going to invite friends, best know them well. It will be tight to get 5/6 adults in the water.The controls are on the outside of the tub and a little difficult to see to what the buttons are.The jets are easy to adjust and turn down to what you like. The lighted tub is a nice feature.I’m not sure how it will hold up in sub zero temps or how well the cover will handle the snow. Time will tell.Overall for the money and depending on your location it’s perfect.

I bought this hot tub in 2022 and it’s still going strong! It’s AMAZING! It’s my second plug and play type hot tub,and this one is even better than the first- which was the Dream-maker brand. That brand broke on me after just one year and the customer service was awful! This brand, Strong Spa is phenomenal and such a wonderful and helpful company! I’ve had zero issues my hot tub and I use it 2 times everyday!!! What could be better than relaxing every day, improving your health AND having that ability right in your backyard? Well, maybe the fact that it’s also made in the great USA! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this HOT TUB!!! Buy it!

Good tub for money,Lights stopped working after 3 months, not sure where I can service it or get lights repaired. Some other premature wear and tear.

We just got this, and other than a few things missing or damaged upon arrival. It has been a very good hot tub. Parts were sent out right away, and other than the stupid delivery being slow.As a disabled combat vet, this is wonderful. it kept the temp during an ice storm. Even though the cover was covered in ice, the temp did not falter. In fact we only noticed the hot tub cycling on during the ice storm just a few times.. amazing.The jets are nice, but i wish there was more pressure behind them. I am not sure if there is an upgrade available. also, a thought that maybe it would be nice if the heater could be gas rather than the expensive electric..The only thing I do not like is poor warranty duration, but I think that anymore anything made is the US is more expensive with no lasting quality anymore. this one only has a meager 2 years. Things made in the US used mean it was built to last and with quality and pride... not anymore..overall, this is a great entry level hot tub - would recommend this to anyone looking to get started using one.

Overall ok hot tub for the money. DownfallAnyone that’s around 5’11 or taller the recliner seat will be to small. If it wasn’t such a hassle to get into my backyard, I would return it. Only reason I bought it was for the recliner.

The hot tub had some broken parts due to poor delivery. When I called Amazon to get the broken parts replaced the only offer Amazon offered was to refund the unit this was after the the spa was installed in its permanently location in the back yard. This was not an option for me due to the cost just to return it. I elected to contact the manufacturer who at first said that it was Amazons problem but after explaining the failure of Amazon Edgewater spas sent me the damaged parts at no cost while they were under no obligation to do. Thanks to Edgewater Spas and no thanks to Amazon.
