It's Okay - but horns don't make any noise
The bartender hat is bent. The foil horns are stapled cardboard - they make NO SOUND, so they are pointless. I will now have to spend more money so purchase elsewhere. Luckily the foil hats and tiaras seem to be pretty good.

Quality Went Down ~ Price Went Up
These hats are a joke... A few would be ok, in the past, there were way more fedora type hats and tiaras.Kinda cheesy for $30+ more than the last 5-6 years purchased.
