I purchased this mount for my 85" TV and it absolutely lives up to expectations. The mount is extremely sturdy and offers a nice range of motion. The left/right sliding adjustment (about 16" total adjustment range) allows the TV to be centered in the desired location relative to the wall studs.Installation was mostly straightforward, and the printed drilling template was useful. We only ran into one issue with the screws that hold the left/right sliding motion in place. The mount ships with those screws tightened at the center position. The screws on my unit were so tight that they were impossible to remove without getting stripped (we tried multiple phillips head screwdrivers of different sizes). I ended up having to remove them with a stripped screw removal kit and contacted customer service, who shipped me replacement screws. I assume this was an anomaly as it didn't sound like customer service had ever encountered this issue before.One other thing that I'll note is that while the sliding adjustment is really useful, it is only a one-time adjustment that should be performed prior to mounting the TV. The screws go through the entire mount including the adjustment plate, preventing it from sliding freely (which could be a good thing or bad thing depending on what you want). I personally wouldn't feel comfortable adjusting the slide position after mounting the TV because the TV could fall forward during the process of removing the screws, adjusting the slide position, and reinstalling the screws in the new position.Overall, this mount was definitely worth the money despite the minor hiccup during installation.EDIT: I would also like to add that a 10 mm hex driver is extremely useful for tightening and loosening the bolts for the leveling adjustment. I got one on Amazon called "Klein Tools 630-10MM 10mm Cushion-Grip Nut Driver with 3-Inch Shaft" and it's way easier to use than the included wrench and my 10 mm socket wrench. The TV does occasionally need to be releveled if you change the arm extension/positioning, so this tool is sure to come in handy over time.

The weight of this is substantial and it feels about 50 pounds. It took two people to hang it properly and get it level and that’s exactly what I want is a big heavy duty arm to hold my TV up. I have 104 lbs. 86 inch TV attached to this and it is mounted to a brick fireplace wall. After mounting it to the wall, I hung off of it doing a pull up for a solid minute. It did not budge and I weigh 196 pounds. I also fully extended it once the TV was mounted and shook the TV to make sure it wouldn’t fall off or break apart the arm , this thing is solidly connected to my TV into the wall and unless some kind of weather disaster comes along it’ll be there until I rip the wall down and remodel the house. And since I’m really lazy, that’s probably not gonna happen for a while if you wanna get your money worth for a TV mount this is it oh I forgot to bring up. It’s super adjustable and also easy to adjust. You could slide the TV left and right and angle point down about 15 or 20° also, it was super easy to install other than I needed an extra set of hands to hold it in place once I had those drilled and was trying to screw them back on.

This mount definitely earned its name. Once we got it installed I did some pull ups while it was extended to give it a little test. I’m only 120 pounds so I don't recommend everyone try this but it held me no problem. I’ve been on bedrest for the better part of a year. My tv was too small and the mount we had prior only had about 15 degrees of swivel movement. With a 75 inch tv we’re damn close to getting it to hit a 45 degree with this bad boy. It makes my bed feel like a movie theatre. Super sturdy as well. It has 6 giant wall bolts. And was super easy to put together. I’ll be back to buy a second one when we get to updating our living room. It’s stiff and takes some muscle to move but that’s appreciated. Just something to be mindful of if you have mobility issues.

what can i say about this bracket its hella strong thats for sure i weigh over 238lbs and was hanging from it with it being in its fully extended form i have it holding up a Samsung 65" and does so with out any worries i later bought the soundbar attachment for it which i recommand buying them both together so you dont have to pull your TV down again and unmounting all the hardware its a great TV wall mount a straight BEAST

I originally purchased a cheaper mount that was rated to 135lbs. I hung a 120lb TV on it and the thing acted like it was going to snap off. I ended up buying this Beast and it's awesome! You can hang on this mount and it doesn't even budge! I do also really like that you can slide this tv left and right very easily like advertised. By far the best TV mount on the market, a little pricey but it's worth it, you get what you pay for! Item was not prime but I received it over a week early, it was shipped same day!

I was worried about wall mounting a huge 85” TV. I decided to go for this brand as the construction and design seemed to be the most robust. Also, the functionality and features offered were welcome. The ability to move the TV after placement.. either to one side or the other… closer or farther back provided a much needed range of motion that lets me customize each viewing activity. The price is a bit higher than other options, but the quality and fit of this wall mount is far superior than the other cheap ones I’ve used before. It’s very easy to setup if you’re familiar and comfortable finding studs, but I would recommend two people as the bulk of this makes it hard to hold up while you fasten walk lags in. I was able to do it alone, but would recommend two people.

Good product. Easy to mount on wall and very sturdy. Adjusts to various angles.Removed one star because the mount is very stiff to moving heavy TV in and out from the wall. Best to leave in one optimal position. The drilling template is of little use; wall studs are where they are. The mount to TV screws are not correct for Samsung -- too long.
