Rug Natural Jute Round Handmade Reversible Carpet Area Rug from RIPAZ VOGUE (60 x 180 cm (2 x 6 Feet))

We bought the Rug back in October. in November it started to fall apart (without much use... after a few weeks). the rug is under our sofa, we do not allow kids to play on top of it, etc..), the sewing (to join the different parts) is very weak and of bad quality.Vendor/re-seller: they told us to fix it ourselves.... that it is handmade and there is no warranty. The Rug is not at the quality level it should be. Be aware and avoid this rugAmazon: this is the worst part!!!, Amazon is no taking any responsibility whatsoever, they have told us that since it was an acquisition in their marketplace, we had just 30 days to claim a return.the A-to-Z warranty is useless.... and I would recommend anyone not to buy from Amazon without double checking the warranties (was not the case in my previous experiences, at least in Europe), not to find unpleasant situations like this. we would buy from other e-commerces in the future if possible..

Waste of money. The item is very different from the photo. The dimensions are more like for a door rug.

Very happy, soft on the foot, nice quality rug.
