I’ve been using this women’s probiotic for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. It has helped improve my digestion, reducing bloating and discomfort. I always had bloating and pain if I didn’t take probiotics. I started taking a brand that required refrigeration and it was also 3 times per day. I went on a trip and travel time was 20 hours, so my refrigerated brand was not an option. Plus 3 times per day wasn’t going to be feasible during the trip. I ordered Sports Research because all of the vitamins I take are this brand and I love the quality. I was so surprised at how well the probiotics worked to control bloating that when I returned home I started taking them instead of the refrigerated ones. Also, they are once a day and therefore so much more convenient.

These probiotics are hands down, the best I’ve tried!! (And I’ve tried their more expensive competition). I’ve been using them for the last month and it’s amazing how much less bloated I am. Grateful I found it, and would highly recommend! Love Sports Research!

Great price. No flavor which is great. Easy to swallow. Can tell a major difference when I run out of these in my gut health.

Love this brand, never made me sick or gave me the runs. Helps when I have a cheat day to process the food without the stomach ache!

03/20/2025:Update: Seller reached out and offered full refund. Upgrading to 5 stars!I personally would not highly recommend these probiotics as they did not work as expected for me. I think they had too many cfu’s that eventually exacerbated my gastritis. I know this because I am currently using another brand (Doctor’s recipe) with 50 billion CFU, it has calmed my gastritis significantly. This is not to bash this company because I have purchased other supplements from them that I would highly recommend. The thing with probiotics that I find, is that you just have to find the one that is right for you. In many cases, that may take a long time. But, don’t give up. This is not medical advice as I am not a doctor. However, I know how tedious the journey is trying to find a probiotic that actually works. Good luck on your search.

So far I've ordered this product twice. Item arrived packaged well and on time. Been taking as directed daily, but so far haven't seen any major improvements with digestion. I previously had to take a round of antibiotics so I'm sure most of my good/bad bacteria were wiped out. So it's possible I need something stronger for a bit or to take this product a while longer to notice significant improvements. Listed as having 16 strains with 65 billion Probiotics, with Cranberry added for Woman's urinary health. 30 capsules in bottle, at 1 capsule recommended daily. So you are recieving 1 months supply. Exp date: 10/23.Capsules were easy to swallow, a regular sized capsule, no flavor noted, color as described. They are maintained in a light/temperature controlled container and ingredients as stated on Amazon, so no issues on any of these points.Can't really recommend or not recommend this product since as of now, havent seen any major improvements that i can physically write down. On that note I won't knock any supplement/product just because I didn't have life-altering results with it. As we all know, each product will not live up to each humans criteria since we are all unique with different specified needs. It is an option if you are on the market for a pre/Probiotic.
