This is the luxury car of work headsets
Edit 03/25/2023:Still a fine headset, but buyers should be aware of an on-going issue with it and Windows 11. Sometimes, after you start up your computer, the sound volume is VERY LOW and you have to crank it to hear any calls, and sometimes the sound volume is VERY HIGH and you have to keep the volume down at a comfortable listening level. This is, per Google searches, a known issue and I don't know that they've fixed it as of this edit. Battery still seems to last as long as advertised so far.-----------------11/04/22I’m on the phone for my job 8 hours a day, and, assuming internet is working like it should be(something totally unrelated to the headset itself), this headset has consistently delivered call clarity on both hearing and being heard by the other party. As far as “over the years” goes, I don’t know how long the battery will last, but I do know that, right now, I can do my 8 hours and still have about half the battery left afterwards to listen to music/watch movies on my phone or tablet. WORTH THE INVESTMENT.I am definitely picking up and storing another one of these as backup for when the battery eventually and inevitably dies (as with all wireless electronics right now).

Great for work
These replaced a pair of 65s that wore out. The only knock is that the Bluetooth can be wonky and suddenly not recognize anything (have paired with multiple devices). I think that is because of all of the Bluetooth in the environment. That said work with the dongle 100% of the time and I put it on an extension usb cable and hang it from the ceiling and I can wander the house with no interruption (2 story house at that). I like that I can use it with the mic flipped up as well--you get the choice. In general told that the voice quality is good. But the great part is that you can hear everything on the other end without straining. The active noise canceling is pretty good for non-Bose. I tried them all and worth the money.

Great product!
Great sound. Easy to mute. Comfy; can wear for hours.Husband and I were having dueling Teams meetings in a shares office. With the noise canceling feature and easy to flip (up for mute; down to talk) mic, our wfh lives are forever changed.

"Are you still there? I can't hear you..."
So I work as a triage nurse taking calls from hospice patients' families. I work 16 hour shifts, overnight. I love the comfort of this headset, and I really wish I could use them. When I take calls with the headset there is no background noise. And with all the ambient speaking around me, I got them for that purpose. However, the headset microphone seems to have a bad habit of cutting the sound completely off during the beginning of the call. This is when they need to hear a calm voice of reassurance and the number one thing I hear when I use this headset is "Are you still there? I can't hear you..." It is always at the beginning of the call and it doesn't matter if I take calls through my computer soft phone or if I connect to the land line and use it as a headset with my desk phone. I have called their help desk and they even replaced my headset due to the problem I was having, but it doesn't matter, over half the calls I take, the microphone cuts me off and nothing can be heard. I have reviewed the recordings of the calls and I just disappear. I know I was talking, but the recording is dead silent. This is extremely disappointing for the price of these things.

A GREAT headset with an unusable microphone!
I had incredibly high hopes for this headset.Good:ANC performance is very good.Sound quality is very good.Fit and finish is very good. The apps are both (PC and Android) very good. The Speakthrough feature is very good and natural.Bad:The power button is upside down. Down is on, up is off. Just a strange design. The microphone is terrible. No other way of putting it. Compared to my Plantronics Voyager Focus it's absolutely no contest. But that's only when the microphone is working properly. And unfortunately the microphone doesn't work properly most of the time. The side-tone function is basically completely broken with the newest firmware. And even after rolling back the firmware to fix that, the micrphone still fades in and out with collars. Worse when there is background noise. Both are known issues, which may be fixed with a future firmware upgrade in June or July per Jabra. But I'm not risking them NOT fixing it before my return window closes and this is going back. For this expensive, this class of headset this is in my opinion completely unforgivable. And I'm particularly mad about it because there rest of the headset is great.

Started failing after 5.5 months
After normal use, callers were complaining that they could not hear me or there was too much noise. They complained about static sounds. On my end, it sounded fine but when trying to figure out what the issue was, I turned on ANC and low and behold my eardrums were overwhelmed with a loud static noise. These headsets were way too expensive to fail after 5.5 months. I ended having to purchase another set of headsets so I could do my job.

good noise cancellation in microphones very bad noise cancellation in earphones
if you’re sitting in a noisy place and taking a phone call using these headphones then the person on other side of the call doesn’t hear the background noise at your end,But you can hear a lot even after wearing the headphones. At this price point having a noise cancelling earphones was excepted.Very disappointed.after a month review——————————-For my teams calls, I use macbook pro m1 to pair with this $200 garbage and everyone on the other side of call keep saying that my voice is breaking.it was a bad headphone I knew when I bought. and now it turned out to be a bad microphone too. my bose qc45 does have noise canceling microphones but that sounds lot better to people on other side.this os a waste of $300
