More of a purple my-brown and my baby pulled them off the corners pretty easily

TERIFFIC FOR THE ELDERLY AND VERY YOUNG.

Does the job - we'll see how long they last
Standard/cheap foam cushion that is sufficiently firm to likely prevent light impact injuries. The double-sided tape is very thin, however. The paper backing is a little tricky to peel off and the tape oftentimes wants to come off of the foam corner pieces if you're not careful. That makes me wonder how well they will hold onto the corner pieces once fastened to furniture... we'll see.
