Great product and perfect to throw in your pocket or bag to take on the go so you don’t have to take an entire bottle

I don’t always eat right and I seldom drink enough water so yes, constipation has been an ongoing issue. But fiber supplements are for old people; they taste bad and they’re gritty, right? Wrong!I tried these when a nutritionist gave me a sample. (Give me a break; I’m trying to do better before I AM old). I didn’t waste any money buying them so what’s to lose?I wish I had tried them sooner. I mix one a day in water with a Liquid IV. Instructions say 16oz bottle I believe, but I’m using a 50oz. I’ll usually drink a second bottle with a flavor added and am trying for a third, but some days easier than others. These are “to go” packets/sticks so they’re easy to stuff in a pocket as you dash out the door.I’ve now joined the ‘regular’ club and will remain a member until I improve my diet and can maintain on my own. If not, I’ll be back, but without hesitation this time!

My cat eats a homemade raw diet and sometimes there isn’t enough fiber to make him go. If I add this to his meal and stir it in, it seems to do the trick and he doesn’t seem to know it’s there.

I use them for traveling as it gives the right amount and they are labeled and sealed. Definitely recommend them

Having to secure 25g of fiber a day is not an easy task when you have to travel a lot for work. On the other hand, traveling with powder stuff is always an issue, not to mention the bad flavors, or the challenge to dissolve most of the fiber supplements. This is not the case with this supplement. It’s easy to carry, dissolves quickly on beverages and does not leave much flavor in most of them. I mix it into soups, crepe batter, latte, and even in some water for a quick shot. Great value for the price!

Have been using Benefiber as directed by my gastro doctor for 5 or 6 yrs now, works great and the individual packets are super convenient (especially when traveling). My only complaint of late is that, when I started buying the 15ct box, it was extremely affordable in the $5 range. But NOW, it's shot up to almost $10 a box here on Amazon and from other retailers. Guess the Benefiber ppl decided too many people liked & bought their product so might as well double the price. It's the way of the consumeristic world, unfortunately. Hard on us "older folks"

This product had a terrible reaction in my gut. I felt so uncomfortable for he first several days I used it. I had it sent to my daughter's house for when I came to babysit. I just ordered the regular fiber for delivery here, which works very well. I didn't know what was causing the issue. I thought maybe traveling caused the distress, but I didn't take these this morning and already I feel better. 💐 can't return them, so I am stuck with it.
