Lovely long hair and healthy nails
This supplement works! My hair grows fast when using it. Only down side is I have to color my roots more often 😀 Ive tried other brands of biotin but this one works best for me.

BROKEN CAPSULES INSIDE BOTTLE - A MESS!
WHAT A MESS.I EMPTIED THE BOTTLE CONTENTS INTO A SIFTER AND ATTEMPTED TO SHAKE THE PILL DUST OFF...FOUND 5 CAPSULES THAT WERE DAMAGED/OPENED.LOT #4757BEST BY NOV 20234 months later - same thing, same lot number! will be cancelling "subscribe and save"

Not too impressed
Noticed that my wavy hair started frizzing and curling a lot more after using it regularly. My hair smoothens out nicer when i use a non natural biotin product. Didnt notice increased hair growth in particular

Stinky and useless.
This Biotin did nothing for me. My nails peeled worse while on it, and it stunk...like dried soy sauce. Very weird stuff.

Broken capsules
This product came in with 1/3 of the capsules cracked and broken. The actual powder inside the capsules is caked on the bottom of the bottle. Very disappointed.
