My Mercedes Benz owners’ manual listed 0w-20 recommended; tried it out but produced noticeable valve clicking about 5 mins from cold start. I went back up to this 5w-30, what the dealers/shops use here in CA, and the clicking cold start clicking disappeared. Definitely much happier with this oil, seems high quality, and think it’s mainly the heavier weight is more compatible here in CA. Like the bottle too - has a built-in pouring spout. Definitely recommend and will use again.
