After uses nearly one month i would like to say that product is awasome and easy to use.

Excellent iron. Go for it. I have been using for 10 days. No issues. 1.7 kg weight but doesn't feel while ironing. Golden sole plate looks good quality. Temp knob working well. Iron doesn't stick with cloth even at high temp.

The Bajaj Herculo Iron stopped working after two months of purchase and even after claiming warranty on Amazon, the said Amazon failed to respond or provide any service. Finally I had to directly approach Bajaj Electricals, who also after much communication through email and on customer care, they replaced the product after about 10 days. Worst service from Amazon and now Amazon has been sending products which are mostly defective and Amazon is losing its reputation. Amazon must take care of customers interest by verifying the authenticity of the distrbutors who supply their product through Amazon.
