Does the mouse come with a bluetooth dongle or do you need to purchase that separately?

It sis bluetooth (required bluetooth built into the computer or a bluetooth dongle) it also comes with a Logi Bolt USB receiver which isn't bluetooth but still enables you to connect it nonetheless

Will the mouse work on a glass table?

It's mostly used with a mouse pad which is how I use it. I have not used it directly on a glass though so I am not sure🤷

Can I use it if I’m left handed?

The mouse is symmetrical. I don't imagine there would be any issue using it left handed.
