Victoria is my new favourite cast iron makers: the designs of the cookware is truly well thought out - the quality is unsurpassed by any other manufacturer 'out there'! Some of the features I particularly like are many of your skillets have a side handle which is fantastic idea...especially for people such as myself who have to deal with sore wrists and hands from arthritis (one of the 'joys' of getting older...) and so by having a side handle, the weight is evenly distributed! Another thing I really love about your cookware is the finish: it's so smooth and even! Victoria cookware surpasses anything any other cast iron company makes.
