Bought this product to use as a night light, and it's perfect! It doesn't get warm like an incandescent string of lights would, and it emits a bright and colorful ambiance.

I know a 3 foot tree is rather small but it is nicely decorated and these lights replaced 4 strings of similar but old fashioned lights. They were much brighter and am still awaiting the bill but should be much cheaper to run. I will return when I need or want more!

These are great LED strings. Very bright and reliable. I purchased some LED string lights of a different brand last year and most of them quit working within the first couple weeks. I got these as a replacement and honestly couldn't be happier. The product is good quality. I have not experienced any sparks or shorting of the lights. They function as intended and are similar to those found in big box stores. The bulbs are replaceable so if you find a bulb that has faulted, it is easy to remove and replace the faulty bulb. The individual bulbs and bases are not 100% waterproof as stated. If they were the bulbs would be sealed and non-replaceable. I am not too worried about having any issues since these are made for outdoor use. If I do, I would still purchase these.

This is a beautiful set of red and white holiday lights. Just as described!!

The color is pretty good and these lights are pretty bright. However, the LEDs exhibit a slight rapid pulsing, which gives a flickering effect when viewed out of the corner of my eye, or if I am moving relative to the lights. For me, these don't give the restful effect I was looking for. They would be better for outdoor use or someplace that I won't have to look at them for long.After some research, I decided this is probably due to using half-wave AC rectification rather than full-wave. Meaning they pulse at around 60Hz, the frequency of the AC supply in the home. There are more expensive lights with full-wave rectification that pulse at 120Hz, which is much less perceptible. Some might even include a capacitor filter for further smoothing. (This is a standard part of the power supply for sensitive electronics like a TV or radio. However, incandescent lights never needed this, because of their analog, smoothing nature. LEDs do need this because of their super-quick on-off time, which leads to the perceptible flickering.)To me, the flicker was a big enough reason to return these, and buy something else. For others, it may not be an issue.

Bought these lights 3 years ago, still using them and they’re beautiful…Bought/added couple more sets, nicest tree ever!
