Beautiful sound and vibration
I love this best £16 I have spent yet. I will definitely be getting more, the sound is ao soothing and the vibration if you rest it on your palm. Also the cushion is very cute 😍

A spiritual decorative item as well as a practical aid to meditation and calming.
I am impressed by this tibetan ringing bowl. It's very traditional-looking in design, and solidly made. It may take a few tries to manage an affinity between you, the bowl and the striker, but it's worth persisting for it's calming, meditative effect. It comes with a cushion, which actually makes a far more effective base for the bowl when you are ringing it than your open hand, which can dull the sound.

My first bowl and very pleased
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this unsure what to expect as mixed reviews but I love it. I am a beginner but found it easy to get the bowl to sing. It’s very pretty and lovely cushion. The cushion was inside the bowl so a little uneven I’ve tried to flatten out. I don’t know if it’s because I’m in experienced but I’m finding it hard to use the bowl on the cushion it’s rotating or coming off. I think the bowl is lovely and good value for money only downside I would say is if this was a gift I wouldn’t be happy just as it came wrapped in brown paper and bubble wrap no box so if you do order as gift you will need to wrap yourself and no instructions so will need to purchase book seperatly.

Lovely bowl
We love our bowl .My kids are obsessed with it and couldn't put it down.I couldn't make it sing as my disability prevents me from holding the bowl but my 19 and10yr old can make it sing so well and I love the frequency can feel it in my whole being.Lovely

This has been purchased as a gift. It's come bubble wrapped with no box or anything.Other sellers selling this similar item provide a gift box, guide and everything. Disappointed.
