There are 2 problems with this unit.1) The display is not very bright and nearly impossible to read in full sunlight. I have to put it in shade near the front of the center console to read it.2) There is no indication if a sensor stops transmitting. The only way to be sure the data is current and not hours old is to reset the display. This is a major flaw as you might assume all is well, when it is no longer the case. The display should blank out the reading for any sensor which has not transmitted in the last few minutes.

Quality product!
Received mine today, set it up and checked the sensors (plastic bag, bowl of ice water) looking good so far. Very impressed by quality of components, looking forward to fit sensors to car tomorrow! All looking good so far!Later: The only suggestion I have is to make the case available in different colors, please! The white case of mine reflects in the windshield (I have mine mounted on the dash) and the reflection is distracting (so I painted the white case black!) a nice dull grey would be excellent! Apart from that the product is perfect and works exactly as described! Thanks again!

Perfect so far!!! Better than Steelmate
I bought a 2013 Prius v5 last week and I do a LOT of part time Uber/Lyft driving in addition to a regular job and studying for a Masters.Last week I bought a Steelmate setup similar to this...except the quality and ease of setup was nowhere near this.With Steelmate, you have to go into a menu, highlight a wheel, go unscrew the cap and let a little air out for it to read. And the #s are accurate. It even shows temps on each one.This one, you set it up, screw the caps on and it reads in about 2-3 seconds. No special procedure needed. And the valve stem caps are even smaller.Also if this doesn't detect motion after a few minutes, it turns off. And this one is easier to see. Also I brought it inside, upstairs to charge and it reads even from here!The "only" things I wish it had was solar charge and brighter in daylight. However by no means are those deal breakers.I found an awesome video with someone showing how easy it is to setup.Do a Youtube search for Cacagoo and user name dial2fast as he does an awesome job.Edit 6/23/2017Still working awesome!

Unit has small buttons for settings on top. If you have big ol’ fingers like me, might need to ask your lady to help with srytin
Product works great on our fifth wheel camper!! I recommend this one! Never worry about unexpected tire failure again. Accurate for pressure and temperatures!

Does what says it would. Only concern is that my hand held pressure and the Cacagoo has different readings, by about 0.2 bar, but that's not a train smash.

I think its a great tool for anyone with an older car that does not have this feature. Its also great for people who race or off road. The external sensors are bigger than your caps but that's to be expected. The main unit feels really well built and it was easy to set up.
