Since I love baking, this was easy for me to accomplish and I definitely did not struggle with the instructions part. For a coffee lover like me this one was a hit! A little bit dense and let spongy and light, but this is definitely because of the healthier choice of ingredients, and it made a perfect evening tea time snack!

They are providing a cake which is 100% Vegetarian, Eggless. It contains two pouches first consisting 110 gm of mix in it and the second pouch consist of brown sugar in it. Just add a little bit of butter or oil to make a smoothy finish. It tastes soft and moist. You can enjoy a creamy cake with coffee smell in it.i just loved their taste in it. I highly recommend it

Baking is a very difficult in terms of measurements and since we all are locked in our houses and can't trust outside food. But still want to celebrate birthdays what's better than a cake that is baked at home but tastes like it is bought from outside. And the best part it it is vegan and wheat free too and so easy to make. Surely buying this again. Coffee is a flavour that you usually don't find in cakes very easily. So really happy with flavour choices.

I like all things coffee and I just hoped this cake shouldn't taste bitter. And I am so glad it didn't. It has the right amount of sweetness coupled with brown sugar that it is one of the best coffee cakes I have tasted. It's super healthy too because it doesn't have maida in it. I liked the spongy texture that is soft and moist. I will definitely recommend this one as an easy to bake homemade cake.
