Bolted straight to the cage and went to the derby. Didn’t spill or leak out anywhere around the fittings. Well worth the money

I bought this on sale when it was under $100. For the price it is excellent. But a couple things caused me to knock off a star. 1) 10an outlets are too big for standard applications. I had to reduce the size to 6an and in doing that with adapter fittings i ended up spending an extra $40 unnecessarily. 2) the fuel level sensor sits too high. I needed to remove it and adjust the arm to a lower angle just before it touches the foam pad so i can get a more accurate reading of fuel level. 3) the foam appears to be of cheap quality. I hope foam particle degradation wont be an issue. I put a clear filter right after the tank to monitor any issues.

Product description says it comes with baffle foam but did not. This is a problem for my rally car and I will have to spend more money on foam. Otherwise good quality.

The cell looks nice but the o ring for the cap swells excessively when it comes into contact with fuel so the cap will not close! I would have given it a 2/5 rating for that alone... ButI reached out to the manufacturer to see if there was a replacement or different seal, or even a different cap available. I specifically did not ask for anything free or site that they should provide one meaning as it was a faulty design, just asked if there was anything else available. The response I was given merits the 1/5 rating. I'd give 0/5 if I could.I was told that meaning as I purchased through Amazon that I would need to reach out to Amazon customer service... I responded clarifying that I was not looking for anything free I was ignored.

Très satisfait du produit! Mais j'ai pas réussis a faire marcher la gauge a gaz (c'est peux être mon cadran le problème aussi) le finition est parfaite, bouchon fonctionne mieux bien mieux que la plus part des fuel cell que j'ai vue! Y a un foam dans le font, parfaite pour mon applications dans un véhicule hors route!

I modified this tank at a metal shop. The welders were impressed with quality for price.
