Underwhelming
Based on the images and description in the listing, these should be bright but that is not the case. Dull, small and boring, even more so in person.

Honeycomb papers don’t glow with a black light. The designs on the card do glow.
The honeycomb paper didn’t glow with the black light but the designs on the cards did. Used for a glow party and they didn’t glow too much. Cute if you just want neon colors and don’t need them to glow.

Cute but no instructions for assembly
These are really cute for a neon bowling party or other glow/80s party. Unfortunately there aren't any assembly instructions, and I did it wrong so they looked bad. FYI, place the bottom part of the cardboard in-between the sticky parts of the honeycomb base. I thought the cardboard somehow clipped into the honeycomb but nope. If you follow the instructions, they're very cute and worth the price. :-)
