This is perfect to add oxygen to my gartersnake enclosures water feature. It is silent and powerful it pushes a lot of air for its size. I am impressed. This pump seems solidly built and has been running for a while since I bought it with no issues. For the price you can't beat this. I will definitely buy more of these for other tereriums and paludariums.

Insanely quiet. I have a few tanks and the pumps in those are loud yet advertised as "quiet" so I was fully prepared to have to listen to this pump as well. I was wrong. There's absolutely no noise from the pump itself, it's staying suctioned to the side and hasn't fallen once yet, and is extremely light weight and powerful. Pumps a suffient amount of air into my 30 gallon and I have some happy fish! The cord length and included hose are just the right length. Definitely worth the value and highly recommend!

This thing is fantastic. The design is very sleek and the pump itself is extremely quiet and still puts out a decent amount of air. I'm currently using it as a lift for my breeder box and the flow is perfect for it. The size and design is unobtrusive so you can easily put it out of the way. Uses very little power which is an added plus. I will likely purchase a second one for an air stone to put inside the breeder box.One thing to note, the air output is low (expected and as described on product page) so you would not want to use a long tube and using a check valve does restrict it a bit more. I noticed the air lift on the breeder box worked better without the check valve. If that's not an issue for your application, I would still recommend using one.Overall, great value and excellent product.

So quiet you can't even tell this thing is on. But it outputs moderate air flow. Doesn't make the water bubble like the loud air-pumps I own do. I got this for a DWC rez tank but I'm unsure if its sufficient for what I bought it for. . Maybe better for a small fisktank? Or maybe my huge airstone is to big for it and I need to use the smaller air stone that was included instead. I give this a 4.5 star for how amazingly quiet it is.

This pump is awesome. This is our second attempt at trying to have fish and our last air pump was annoyingly loud. We have this powering a “volcano” in the center of a 40 gallon in our kitchen and it’s barely audible. With music and/or humans in the kitchen you can’t even tell it’s on. A+++

Very simple but quiet and works so far. Time will tell if it lasts but if so, I really like it.

Quality little air pump and very quiet perfect for out small Beta tank.

In theory, this is a nice little air pump. It does produce good volume for the stone provided. Nice to have the complete kit. Over the course of about 5-7 days the pump goes from silent operation to emitting a high frequency buzz that is too much for sensitive ears to handle. The suction cup allows the pump to attach to the outside side of the aquarium so the fish have to be subjected to the same irritating frequency which is probably stressful. It appears that when given a few days unplugged, the pump “resets” and can be plugged in without the frequency starting, but with time, the buzzing will start again. 3 stars because it does work, it’s nice to have the full kit, but the buzzing is too much to make this a long-term use product in an aquarium. Probably better for temporary setups needing aeration.
