I was looking for a low fat dog food that the first three ingredients were meat. I couldn't find one that didn't either have to be refrigerated, cooked every day or cost a kings ransom. My dog is a picky eater that turned up her nose at her own and preferred to eat the cats' food. Since feeding her Blue Buffalo Life Protection Formula, she runs to her bowl when she hears the bag rattling. The vet recommended her to eat low fat food, and even though this is not specifically low fat, my Joy will finally eat her own food. She has lost 4 pounds in about 3 months. I know it sounds corny, but this is not a paid or otherwise compensated advertisement. I am a real person who believes in letting people know what is good, or what is a waste of money.
