Philips Fidelio In-ear Semi-open Type Headphones Black S1

Superb product.

I purchased this because I wanted to upgrade from regular apple headphones.The sound quality is slightly better than stock headphones that come with your smartphone, but it is not worth a hundred dollars. I had to increase the bass in equalizer settings because the treble/bass balance was getting annoying. It has good and clear treble, but I can't say the same thing about bass. It is certainly there, but it is not strong enough.It comes in a sleek, cool box with multiple ear pieces and fits nicely to your ear. The headphones and the cable itself is also very good looking.Still, I would expect it to have slighty better sound quality.

Let me start off by saying that these earphones have brilliant sound quality however I'll tell you why I'm still sending them back to amazon.When I received these headphones I was impressed by the quality of the box, accessories and the overall build quality of the headphones. However after a weeks worth of usage I had to send them back due to several reasons: There are problems with the design of these headphones, one being that the earphone's buds are too large for my ears (though I do have ears on the small side and this problem may not effect all users)The second problem was that these earphone are shaped like the original apple earphones that came with Iphones/iPods etc. therefore you have to place the entirety of the bud in your ear, coupling this with the traditional design of in earphones didn't bode well with sound isolation and comfort as they were too large and popped out really easily as they were unable to get far enough down the ear canal.and the third problem with the design that I found to be the final nail that would lead me to sending these back was the open back design of the headphones. This ultimately sacrificed sound isolation of these headphones with the benefit of tighter bass response. Due to this, you could not hear the full dynamic range of a song when taking public transport or during gym activities as external sounds could still be heard well which doesn't usually apply to even the cheapest of headphones.To try to alleviate the problem with the ear buds not fitting I used the comply foam tips and these did provide slightly better sound isolation and snugger fit, however, this was at the cost of sound quality. The quality drastically changed once I tried these buds as opposed to the original silicone ones.Now I was going to give these headphones 2 stars, however, I felt that they deserved 3 as the Bass response was very impressive as with the rest of the sound quality and I believe these headphones may be suitable for others with larger ears than me and also aren't likely to use public transport on a regular basis.Pros:- Excellent tight Bass response- Good sound quality- 4 pairs of buds to fit a variety of ears- Great build quality- Sleek look- Integrated Pause/Play buttonCons:- Poor bud design- Open back design that compromises isolation- lack of sound isolation which I'm not usually fussed about until I came across these headphones- Right angle jack (may be a pro for some)- Wire less likely to tangle than some but twists a lot due to flat designOverall I recommend these headphones for home use only.

Really good sound quality, but found it frustrating that the band round the earpieces fall off too easily, not ideal considering the cost of the product.

Amazingly clear accurate sound, and super bass from such small in ear headphones, without being uneccessarily booming. Soundwise, this is the real thing

Ho preso le Fidelio s1 nella speranza di poter sostituire le mie vecchie Sennheiser CX300II. Questo purtroppo però non è potuto avvenire. Vi elenco di seguito le mie impressioni.Quello che ho apprezzato:1. le cuffie sono, a mio personalissimo parere, molto belle2. il cavo piatto evita fastidiosi intrecciamenti anche dopo averle arrotolate ed infilate rapidamente in tasca3. la confezione è veramente ben fatta, include inoltre custodia semi-rigida e 4 paia di inserti in gomma di 3 dimensioni diverseQuello che ho apprezzato meno:1. Le Fildelio s1 non sono adatte al mio orecchio. Sono scomode da indossare, troppo grandi nella parte esterna e, questa, rimane troppo vicina all'orecchio2. Le cuffie isolano ben poco dai rumori esterni, certamente meno delle cuffie precedenti3. Il cavo piatto, per quanto comodo, produce una gran quantità di rumori al minimo movimento. O si usa una grappetta (non in dotazione) oppure è meglio che le usiate da fermi, in poltrona4. La sensibilità delle Fidelio s1 è percettibilmente inferiore a quella delle CX300II e in effetti questo è confermato dai dati dichiarati sulle specifiche tecniche (107db per le Philips, 113db per le Sennheiser)Non mi lancio in commenti sulle performance acustiche perché non mi considero in grado di giudicare questi aspetti. Quello che posso dire è che a mio parere la resa acustica non equilibra i difetti che ho riscontrato.In definitiva a me non sono piaciute ma non ho dubbi che qualcuno le saprà apprezzare.Spedizione Amazon perfetta.

Los compré pensando que serían unos grandes auriculares, pero al ponérmelos llegó mi decepción. Unos bajos muy poco trabajados, nisquiera ecualizando canciones con perfiles "Dance" o "Rock" conseguían dar sensación de profundidad a la música. Si lo tuyo es la música con predominancia de tonos bajos, estos auriculares no son para ti. Sin embargo, a su favor hay que decir que se oye un sonido nítido y cristalino, apreciando cada nota y tono, siempre que las frecuencias sean medias o altas. Si lo tuyo es la música clásica, estos auriculares sí te harán disfrutar. En resumen, me esperaba más por lo que valen. La construcción es de buena calidad.

Als die Kopfhörer ankamen war ich sehr begeistert.Die Verpackung verspricht recht viel und ist optisch der Knaller.Nun ja es gilt hier ja den Kopfhörer zu bewerten und nicht die Darstellung des Produkts.Da ich nun mal kein Experte für Klang und Sound bin... Kann ich für mich nur sagen, ein günstigeres Model hätte es auch getan.Hatte mehrere Modelle für mein IPhone 5 bestellt und ausprobiert!!Vom Klang konnte ich zu den preiswerteren Kopfhörer nicht viel Unterschied feststellen.Die Kopfhörer sollen für Musik hören und auch zum telefonieren geeignet sein. So war der Plan!!Das Problem bei diesem Kopfhörer war, das die Stöpel egal welche Stöpselgrösse ich zum Austauschen drauf gemacht hatte.. Die Köpfhörer vielen immer aus den Ohren raus.Ärgerlich zumal ja eine große Anzahl und Größen von austauschbaren Stöpseln in der Packung vorhanden waren.Im Nachhinein muss ich sagen habe ich mich von der tollen Verpackung blenden lassen, hätte direkt beim ersten Versuch als die Kopfhörer rausfielen, diese wieder zurück schicken sollen.Werde die Kopfhörer in die Tonne kloppen und mich auf die Suche nach ein paar neuen Kopfhörern machen.Was ebenfalls nervig ist, das viel zu lange Flachkabel! Ist zwar schön weil es nicht so schnell verknotet aber ständig baumelt das lange Kabel rum und man bleibt dann irgendwo damit hängen.:-(

Al principio parecía que no se escucharía bien, hay que usar los eartips adecuados al tamaño de tu oreja (se incluyen 3 tamaños diferentes y uno especial de goma espuma con memoria que se adapta a la perfección a tu oído), el sonido me ha dejado con la boca abierta, obviamente hay que probarlo con archivos de alta fidelidad para ver realmente de lo que es capaz esta maravilla, nunca había experimentado semejante calidad en unos cascos intra-auditivos súper pequeños, tienen el mismo sonido que unos cascos grandes, pero mucho mas cómodos, el diseño también es espectacular.

J'ai acheté ces écouteurs le 21 septembre 2015. Ces derniers m'ont suivis quotidiennement (transport, travail) pendant 6 mois avec environ 5 à 6 heures d'écoutes. Aujourd'hui, 21 avril 2017, je les utilises toujours mais beaucoup moins (travail uniquement).Etant très soigneux, ils ont toujours été rangés dans la petite saccoche fournis, contenant l'ensemble des "coussinets". La mousse a mémoire de forme agréable, tout comme l'ensemble des coussinets fournis. Le rangement des écouteurs est simple grâce au câble plat.La qualité d'écoute est à mon avis très bonne avec des basses pas trop presents meme si en intra c'est souvent déjà "trop". Je lui reprocherai peut-être de transmettre trop de son vers l'extérieur (les gens entendent se que vous écoutez à 75% du volume).Au bout de ces 6 mois d'utilisation, l'armature métallique des écouteurs et la prise jack perd de sa couleur, rien de bien grave mais c'est tout de suite moins esthétique. La bout en plastique mou permettant de réunir les écouteurs sur la partie haute du cable c'est fragilisé jusqu'à casser.A partir de ce moment, je suis passé sur un casque audio plutôt (Plantronics BBP 1) faisant qu'ils restaient constamment rangés dans le tiroir du travail et étaient utilisés 2h de moins / jour.Au bout de 1 an et demi, le câble montre des signes de sérieux signes de faiblesse faisant que le fil à l'intérieur de la gaine plate la traverse en sortie de jack.Je reprocherai donc au produit d'être facture à prix d'or (90€) pour des écouteurs où la concurrence est rude, tout en proposant des matériaux peu resistant dans le temps. C'est toutefois un bon produit d'écoute mais peu fiable dans le temps, là où des écouteurs Sennheiser CX-200 m'ont fait 8 ans pour 45€ à l'époque.C'est un produit que j'aime mais je ne le recommanderai pas à l'achat pour autant, du moins pas au dessus de 50€.

Estoi mui contento con Philips tienen calidad .ace tiempo que utilizo auriculares Philips de tapón son buenos tienen calidad de sonido , alo largo e ido subido de categorías y los fidelio son los mejores merece la pena gastar mas tiene mas calidad es un sonido mas natural ay muchos que suena a lata ,la marca Philips no y los fidelio menos claro que acompañado de un buen reproducto como el playepro con eculizador de 10 bandas con una buena eculizacion de graves fliparas.cracias Philips

Wie schon in mehreren Bewertungen geschrieben ist die Verwendbarkeit des In Ear stark von der Ohrenform abhängig - leider passen bei mir weder die mitgelieferten Silikonpolster noch die Comply Foam Tips, Sie lassen sich nicht ausreichend tief ins Ohr einsetzen, um eine gute akustische Ankopplung zu erzielen - dadurch ist die Tieftonwiedergabe deutlich beeinträchtigt. Schade, ein etwas längeres Akustikrohr würde dieses Problem beheben. So ist das Produkt für mich persönlich leider nicht verwendbar. Menschen mit etwas größeren Ohren könnten da mehr Glück haben.

N'étant pas spécialiste, ni habitué aux intras (j'utilisais jusqu'à présent des écouteurs du même type que ceux fournis avec les lecteurs audio), je dois reconnaître que la qualité audio n'a rien à voir avec ce à quoi j'étais habitué.Après consultation de sites spécialisés j'ai porté mon choix sur ceux-ci et suis entièrement satisfait.Je les utilises principalement avec un lecteur audio de poche de milieu de gamme (réputé chez les audiophile) et la qualité de restitution me convient parfaitement: son clair, équilibré et détaillé dans toutes les gammes du spectre (aigus, medium, basses); On note aussi le bon niveau de basse qui, apparemment, est plutôt le point faible des intras, mais qui demeure tout de même moins précis que pour les autres fréquences.Depuis cet achat, j'ai essayé une autre paire d'intras de plus basse qualité (quoique réputée comme étant de bonne facture) et là encore ce sont les "Fidelio" qui l'emportent haut la main; La différence notable porte sur le niveau des basses (quasiment inexistant sur cette autre paire en comparaison) et la "richesse" sonore.

Ich habe die Kopfhörer seit ca. einem halben Jahr im Einsatz und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt. Die Hörer sitzen super in den Ohren (ich benutze die größten der mitgelieferten Aufsätze) und die verknotungsfreien Kabel sind der Hammer! Der Klang ist sehr gut und ausgewogen, aber wie man auch bei anderen Rezensionen lesen kann, sind die Bässe nicht besonders stark, was mich aber nicht stört.Ich würde die Kopfhörer jederzeit wieder kaufen!

Habe die Philips Fidelio bestellt weil meine Sennheiser Kopfhörer ihren Geist aufgrund eines Kabelbruchs am Stecker aufgegeben haben. Bislang bin ich sehr zufrieden, auch mit dem integrierten Mikrofon was die Kommunikation unterwegs deutlich erleichtert. Einzig die Funktion der Taste am Headset ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, man regelt damit nicht die Lautstärke sondern kann damit nur Play/Pause bzw. Anrufe annehmen/ablehnen.

It's good when driven with a powerful warm source. The treble is a tad metallic but smooth enough to be noticeable. Mids and bass are the best in its price range. Vocal are lush which is not too forward and not recessed. Bass is tight with full body. I am fine with the sound leakage and wearing because I usually go above 90db for short sessions.
