Professional housecleaner gives 5 stars for this lil attachment!!! I frickin love this upholstery attachment for my vacuum. Faced with a serious pethair situation on a gigantic 8 seater corner Red Velvet Couch and banquette in what could possibly be, an angora breed, two-cat home: nothing worked! It would have taken me less time to pluck each individual cat hair up with a tweezer than the progress I was making with my regular vacuum, awkward hose attachment that had come with a narrow plastic claw-rimmed oval hardly 3" across, ineffective and maddening! I tried a microfiber cloth, and sheer willpower.. my arm was 'bout to detach !! And! time was running out.. it was cat-city = stress-city in that room. My co-worker saved the day, "try mine" she said, in kindness and mercy. "It took me 45 minutes to clean this couch". Good gravy! Over 7 inches across, much larger hole to suck up the long white cathairs, in addition to various crumbs and snack-time offal..easy smooth sweeps, and I got that couch cleaned and good as new in 32 minutes. And I promptly ordered mine own velveted upholstery vacuum wand attachment for myself that night. It came swiftly in the mail. It is not lost on me that the very material which thinly rims this attachment is the self-same material that was almost my un-doing: a plush and stylish red velvet!!

Works great
I have a white dog with coarse hair that sticks into everything. This tool is amazing. No it does not get every last piece of hair but it does get most of it with the least bit of effort better than anything else that I’ve tried.

Attachment doesn't fit snug
Overall the attachment is good quality, but it does not stay attached to the vacuum hose. For my limited use i will figure out a way to make it work.

Did not fit
Just be sure that your vacuum will be small enough to accept this part. I spent money trying to replace my hose. I don’t think company’s want us to do that. I did end up buying a new Vaccum. Check your part numbers first and good luck.

I wish that I had bought these at the same time that I bought the shark vacuum. These are sturdy and well worth the price.

Just What I Was Lookinf For
I had prepared myself to be disappointed. I was WRONG. It was a perfect fit. I can vacuum under the beds with the greatest of ease.
