The product arrived in a cellophane bag, no instructions looked like it was just bits of plastic , i have not used as I dont know how never buying again !!!

We had to buy a new hose as our hose was too thick for the connection provided. I tried a hozelock connection instead of the one provided, but it kept falling off.
