I ordered this combination for a birthday party/Halloween party. It came right on time it was exactly what I need it not hard at all to assemble of course but I was very satisfied with the quality.

The banner is huge and very well made. The balloons are okay but pop constantly and randomly. Not just while we were blowing them up. Like even while they were hanging from the stand we put them on, they would just randomly pop, scaring everyone each time. After the party we had, some of the balloons were still filled and just sitting on the table that night, and in the middle of the night we would hear a bang, and realize it was another balloon popping. We decided at about 2am to go down and just let all the air out of every balloon in the house so they wouldn't pop randomly every hour or so, scaring everyone. Consider blowing the balloons up to maybe half as much as you might normally think to, to help prevent them randomly popping on you.

I got this birthday banner for my moms black and gold themed 60th birthday party. The sign came exactly as expected. The sign is large and can be seen from far. It comes with black ribbon to hang the sign. I hung the sign from the top of the stair case and it looked great. So glad it’s so big. This sign can also be hung outside as it is made from a durable waterproof type material that can be outdoors. This sign can be reused for multiple birthdays and the colors are gender neutral so it can be used for all birthday. This would be a great sign for an office to put across the doorway when it’s someone’s birthday in the office. If it’s hung on the office door since it’s so big, it will block off half the door and the birthday person has to duck to go in and it would make the birthday person stand out and everyone would know who to wish happy birthday to. This product also comes with balloons that match, which is also awesome! At the time of this review, the banner and ballon set is about $10 and it’s well worth this price because the banner can be reused.

These decorations were so easy to use. Good quality and fun.

We did have a small problem with balloons popping after we hung that up, easy to inflate and tie off. Banner looked really nice, good quality. Pleased with set, for the most part.
