Very comfortable and heated and message excellent

Great sofa for small spaces. It is firm and the heat works great! My only issues with the sofa are that a) it is a bit small so taller people would likely find it uncomfortable, and b) the massage feature is a bit of an afterthought. It is more of a "vibration" than a kneed massage.

The product is comfortable, I would have given it 5 stars if the strength of the massage was stronger. In the highest setting you really do not feel a massage but more of vibration. Otherwise, it is comfortable and fits well in the space category.

We wanted to replace the uncomfortable jack knife sofa in our 2023 Entrada DS class C motorhome. We were apprehensive about buying without sitting on them & from an unknown source! We were so pleased. It came in 3 big boxes but super easy to assemble & very comfortable. The heat works & the massage, although a little loud feels terrific. We felt we had to ake the time to post the review since we had such a positive experience & knowing that buying something like this off the internet can be scary!

We were very excited about our loveseat; because:The loveseat Looks great, It was easy to assemble, and it fits perfectly in the space that we have. for it ...But;As soon as you turn on the massage features you hear this loud noise, I mean it is LOUD; I can describe the noise as someone hammering on your back, so We used just the heat feature.Besides the noise the furniture is not long enough to rest your legs, I am not tall and I can only rest half of my leg when I lift up the leg's supportWhat can I tell you? Besides that is better to buy a piece of furniture from the store so that you can try it the product before you buy it

I ordered this item last year (June of 2022) and I've only had it for 11 months. The metal cable used for the reclining position on one side of the recliner snapped so I cannot recline one side of the chair (see photos). I was told by the seller that there is no warranty or replacement part and would not resolve the issue. I'm very disappointed that this recliner didn't even last a year under normal home use. All buyers beware!!!

This loveseat came in 3 boxes and was fairly easy to assemble. It looks just like the photo. It's quite firm- which is exactly what I wanted! I would 💯 recommend it! Thank you to the sellers- communication was also amazing!.

The loveseat is comfy and looks great too! Heat function is perfect and the massage feature is relaxing. Satin/Matte finish to the bonded leather--not shiny. Excellent and prompt customer service. Problem with the product was resolved quickly and conveniently. I would happily purchase from this seller again!
