I like it a lot, but would give 4.5 Stars if I could. The only negatives I have are: as a side sleeper this causes me to place my other foot in an awkward position, & since I am a "big girl" I have difficulty placing it easily on my ankle. That's not the product's problem though, it's mine!

Love the soft velour material and it does what I need it for. It keeps my foot from rubbing on the sheets and causing pressure points.

Loved this little ankle pillow after having foot surgery. Keeps your heel from rubbing all the time if you are on bedrest and I found I could sleep with it on, which allowed me to change sleeping positions without putting pressure on any part of my surgical foot. Soft and durable, simple and it helps

There was a shipping error. I thought I ordered size small for both heel elevators, but recieved one small and one medium. When I opened them is when I first discovered this, but tried them out for several minutes only but hurt my achilles tendons right away and I knew this product would not work for me. It may work for others but not for me.

On my first order, I bought 2. After opening them, one was very firm while the other was very soft. Since they had not same packaging (one was compressed more than the other), I thought at first that it could need some time to take its shape back. Then I saw a zipper. I was happy because it means you can wash the cover. So I opened both. The result is the picture I added. One is yellowish foam (the firm one) while the other is white cheap foam. I asked a refund on the white foam one. It's not giving any good support. The yellow foam one however seems very decent. When I saw there was only one left available, I ordered it asap. Just received it. Same cheap white foam. I don't know if the yellowish foam one was an older model with better quality foam. Maybe. But it really seems like the ones available for now are cheap foam and therefore I don't recommend them. Try your luck somewhere else. I'll send back both cheap white foam and keep the yellowish one. And I'll buy another brand of foot support pillow to have a second one for my grandmother.
