Great Supplement
I take this every day. It really helps with my immunity, and I have been feeling really well recently. When I start to get a cold or run-down, I generally take Vitamins C, D, E and Echinacea with Goldenseal. These supplements seem to work together to fight anything I may pick up at work or church. I am a Receptionist so am constantly amongst folks that are not well. These supplements help me fight off the bad germs and promote the good. Of course, that is my process. Each person has to try to find what works with them.
