Performance & fit: Excellent. Amazing clear sound. Good bass. No tangle cord. Comes with several comfort fit buds to switch according to your liking. Cord length is standard (doesn't feel overly long or overly short). Call pickup/hangup and volume control on the right cord side, perfect for not having to constantly hold your phone or dig it out of your pocket/purse.Two cons:A.)The hard case was not included in my purchase (not sure why; cue sadface), which I was SUPER looking forward to because I like to take care of my headphones. I don't like it mixing all around in my purse or them getting caught in my keys and what not.B.) The back of the headphones are NOT magnetic to each other. No biggie. Doesn't negatively affect the performance of these, it's just purely my preference :)

Edit 3/26/17: Had an issue and less than 1 day later it was perfectly resolved. I definitely have to give props to their costumer service.Original review (Outdated): These headphones are quite good. I am not an audiophile, but the audio quality is quite good. The build quality is very robust , the design looks good, and the ear hooks ensure that your headphones will remain in place. The only downside to these headphones is the fact that the foam ear buds constantly fall of the earphones and are extremely easy to lose.

I use it as a laptop headset (laptop has a TRRS jack) and with my Android phone. Sound is great. The kit of ear tips is essential for best fit and to adapt the earphones for use during strenuous activity. These earbuds stay put.update (6 months): right earbud volume suddenly dropped below half. not a wire problem, not a dirt problem. internal driver coil short, probably. reducing rating from 5 stars.update (7 months): it's moisture. you wouldn't think a product with as many visible vents would be affected by inevitable moisture build-up after wearing it most of the day, but it is. figure it's the diaphragm material that's being affected. let it dry out overnight, and it's back to normal. reducing rating from 4 stars.

When I bought those Earphones, I literally did it because they look pretty cool and for the all its features shown on the customer reviews and the article itself, although however all those features are not false, it lost their importance if the product stop working after 1 month, that was what happened to me, I used to use earphone only when I went to the gym and sometimes when I traveled, I did not abuse of them, I've had very careful with that, but nothing mattered, they stopped working even with all that care i gave them.Next time I'll be more careful with the brand, verify credibility of the brand its absolutely necessary

I bought these on sale and kept them in a drawer until the other earbuds I was using broke (as they always do, eventually). Now that I am using the Ziofens, my initial impression is that they have better fidelity on the high frequencies than my old earbuds. Drum cymbals are much crisper, for example. But the bass response is disappointing. I even boosted the bass on my device's audio equalizer, without much noticeable change. Sorry.

These Earbuds are really good for the price as they do offer sound isolation and come with various earpieces. The rubber 'hooks' are removable but are there to ensure they don't slide out, and the wire definitely seems sturdy as it's not so flimsy. $20 is a great price for these compared to others and is worth the purchase! I did returned them because it did not come with the pouch that says it should, but their customer service is excellent and quick to respond (something I really do appreciate). Overall, DEFINITELY worth the buy!

Great headphones and super sound. It took a lot of time to figure out which covers to use. It's a bit of a pain to get them on and off as I was trying different sizes and shapes. I really like these - The cord doesn't get tangled as easy as the others, and I like the small pouch it came with. Perfect for keeping the headphones in my purse in this. Excellent value for the money. 4 stars because the covers were hard to get on and off.

First let's start with the good. The fit is great. Lots of different size buds. Stay secure and don't move or fall out when running or working out. Sound is ok. Cancels noise well. Now the bad. Could not use these earbuds during cold weather. Seemed like static in the cord made the volume drop and drop until you can't hear anything. Have to keep my hand on the volume control the whole time while using and continuously turn the volume back up. Other earbuds I tried has no such problem. I have started using the earbuds now that the weather is warm and no problem. However now the right earbud has stopped working. I know they are not an expensive pair of earbuds but I did expect a better product than this.

1. Good product for the price - bargain really2. Ideal if you are listening to Pop, Rock or R&B3. Found it unsuitable for Classical music, heavier Rock, Jazz and particularly Metal does not sound good at all4. Fits very nicely in ear, does not fall of, plenty of different buds packed with it5. Reasonable bass for earbud but finding high hatch and crash cymbal sounds sharp, unpleasantPersonally would give it 2.5 stars but the price gives it an extra star and then another 0.5 if you are using it for Pop, Rock, it actually sounds good.

I like them a lot, one of very few that fits me properly and really isolates outside noise (paramount feature for me). 2 problems with them: a) the rubber ear piece became loose quite quickly and on number of occasions got stuck in my ear when I took to earphones off. b) right side stopped working after few months. I suppose at this price it is a disposable item after all.

After 2 years of shopping on Amazon, this purchase is my favourite. Ziofen seems to excel at everything at a price that just would not suggest it (when I bought mine they were £15).The packaging, the looks, the small details (like the selection of earbuds and the non twist cable) and of course the sound are all superb.This is what you get when someone decides to make a set of headphones without compromise.... And if you are someone who has never spent more than £25 on a pair of headphones, these will show you just how good they can be.

Appears very well put together, tough casings, thick cable, the variety of spare ear buds was unexpected. Sound is excellent, good range, clear highs and strong bass when inserted correctly.Unfortunately one side stopped working after 4 months as the cable entering the plug appears to have broken internally.I have always looked after my headphones, never pinch or pull cables so very disappointed. My usual cheap Samsung earbuds last 1-2 years so I expected more.

These are okay for listening to music and comfortable but I bought them as they had a mic and I wanted to use them for phone calls. They didn't suit this use but the customer service was exceptional and they did offer to fix it however, I chose to keep them as they are fine for music and were well priced.
