Met Expectations - Flavor, Versatility and Price
This product has met and actually exceeded my expectations. Some reviewers complained about the taste, the blendability of powder and the cost. The taste of this product is fine - you can add more powder if you want a richer or fuller taste (which is what I do). My husband thinks the powder makes a decent creamer so he no longer used powdered CoffeeMate - so the Dairy Sky won which is good since it's healthier than CoffeeMate with its mysterious ingredients. The powder is easily blendable if you use a whisk or fork. The cost of this product cannot be compared to the same quantity of regular dairy milk since removing the lactose is one key step and then converting this into shelf-stable powder is another key step that makes this product much more valuable and flexible for my family's needs. Thanks for having such a valued product.

Delicious
Excellent lactose free option for milk. We don't drink a lot of milk, so now we just mix up small amounts as needed. It dissolves quickly and completely, and is delicious.

No more spoiled milk in my fridge :)
This is the perfect solution for my household. We do not drink milk or use milk very often so it usually ends up going bad in the refrigerator and itβs a waste of money. Now we can have milk whenever we want and not have to worry about it going bad. So far we have used it to make pudding and to make pancakes. We have eaten it with cereal and put it in coffee. It tastes great!

Lactose-free???
As a lactose-intolerant individual, I purchased this milk powder for use in cooking and baking to avoid the unpleasant effects of lactose consumption. I have used this product in several recipes and each time my body's reaction has been similar to that when regular milk or milk powder is used. This suggests that the product is not lactose-free; hence, the manufacturer's quality control measures are defective or they market this product with the intention of defrauding the consumer.

Good, but pricey
This powder makes good-tasting skim milk. Doesn't taste super artificial, and goes good with my breakfast cereal. Very convenient to have on hand. Good re-sealable bag, although one of my orders arrived ruined because the bag was cut (not blaming the product, just be aware that Amazon shipping is sometimes careless). Mixes well in a stainless steel bottle that I can shake up. Tastes better than a couple of other brands of lactose free milk powders that I've ordered here. Docked a star because it's pricey.

Tastes and bakes just like regular powdered milk. Maybe slightly sweeter.
Only use it for baking and works great. Resealable pouch is nice.

It's ok on taste and value not great.
I bought this last week. This is not a paid review. I tried it today. I have a rubbermaid 2 quart container. I used filtered water and mixed ~1 cup dry powder in with a large wooden spoon. The taste is ok meaning on a 10 scale where it tastes just like store bought liquid milk this is about a 6 on taste. It does not taste the same. When I buy liquid skim milk lactose free at Walmart it cost me about $2.87 per half gallon. That means for 2.5 gallons of LF skim milk it's $15.21 with tax. This dry powder cost me over $23 and makes 2.5 gallons. So the powder cost more way more, takes more time to make (~5 minutes of stirring), and doesn't mix all that well with room temp water. I'm not sure how "lactose free" it is. Time will tell with that one since I just drank the stuff 3 hours ago. I guess the best part about dry powder milk is you can take it anywhere with your and when you mix it yourself you can make it more concentrated if you prefer that. I won't be buying anymore of this lactose free skim milk powder. I thought it would save me money and time but it does neither. I'm actually quite disappointed.
