I have been taking Tumeric for several years now. It is made a huge difference in my quality of life to live pain free as possible. I decided to try this brand of Tumeric due to the high cost of my regular brand and all the great reviews.Unfortunately within just over a week all my pain started to return. I reordered my regular brand and with in two weeks I was back to feeling like my old self.I cut one of these open to see what was in these irregular shaped capsules and found a liquid that does not smell or taste or stain like regular Tumeric. Will not be finishing the bottle or reordering this Tumeric.

I’ve tried a lot of turmeric supplements over the past four years, and this one is the best for me. I have chronic aches and pains (bad back, leg cramps, foot pain), and one capsule daily helps ease the pain. This is a pain reduction, not total relief. Since I started taking turmeric, I haven’t had a cold or the flu. And the skin infections that were bothering me have significantly lessened. Excellent product.

This was recommended to me by my orthopedist for my back issues after my stomach couldn't handle the prescription meds and it is a game changer. In the beginning I took 3 a day but now just take 2 for maintenance. I no longer feel like a 90 year old woman. This is an excellent brand and has the black pepper extract needed for better absorption. I will be taking this for life.

I have significant joint paint due to autoimmune conditions. I take Dr H Rejoint, which is amazing, but only cut my pain in about half. Adding two turmeric daily with the Rejoint has eliminated all joint pain. I used to be in near-constant pain. Now I am 100% pain free. I highly recommend this product.

These capsules include pepper which is supposed to help the body digest turmeric (containing curcumin), which aides in resolving inflammation, such as with allergies and joint pain. This product has been repeating on me, so I need to be very careful to take the capsule in the middle of a meal, to decrease pepper burn. Previous bariatric surgery might be a factor? Turmeric (Curcumin is the tested component) has scientific research behind it. I don't know if this Gaia product is actually better than Theracurmin, which did not repeat on me and did help with joint pain- AARP magazine reported its helpfulness. This Gaia brand of turmeric came recommended by the ENT (MD). I do recommend circumin, in general, when needed, as it has helped decrease pain, but do not know if this is the best version.

My doctor specifically recommended this brand (Gaia) and potency (Supreme Extra Strength) for me to take as an anti-inflammatory to help with neck and back pain. I'd been taking various non-steroidal anti-inflammatories (NSAIDs), like Aleve and Tylenol, daily for years. Always with food to avoid stomach issues but apparently the doc says that's still not a good idea. Sigh. So I bought the recommended turmeric and am happy to say it actually works well enough that I'm done with NSAIDs entirely. I do wish there was a way for docs to prescribe these so I could use FSA funds to buy them, since they're not cheap like NSAIDs, but that's a pipe dream. All in all, definitely recommend for its anti-inflammatory properties.

I have an inflammatory condition called Behcet's disease which causes inflammation and joint pain. It causes an increase in inflammatory markers like C reactive protein (CRP) and Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (Sed rate) both of which were reduced by taking this and naturally reduced inflammation thus reducing joint pain. Most chronic conditions are caused by inflammation, I highly recommend purchasing this as it is backed by science and effective.

I have been taking this brand since July 2016. It has been an absolute miracle for me. I have cervical disc degeneration as well as osteoarthritis in several joints. I'm only 43. Three weeks after I started taking this product my pain was almost completely gone. BUT- This last bottle I received, my pain was coming back after 8 days. When I mentioned this to my mother she said she had also been in more pain than usual and maybe it was just the weather or something. When I asked her to look at the lot number on her bottle (she has been taking it also) we found out both of our bottles were the same lot number. Ordered a few days apart from Amazon. I ordered us both new bottles from another source and have been taking these for just over two weeks now and I'm already feeling better. I hate to leave this review because I love this product but if I can't depend on every bottle to work. . ... we're also out almost $60 for the two bottles since by the time we realized what was happening, ordered new bottles, waited for shipping from the other source, and confirmed the new ones were good, the return period for Amazon was over. Anyway, the lot ends in 1064. I'm curious if others had a similar issue.
