I researched what could help me sleep and magnesium came up. I saw the advert for this company on social media. It has a very faint lavender scent. You spray it 3 times on the inside of each elbow and the back of your knees. Rub it in, give it a few seconds to dry and then off to bed. I find this spray relaxes me ready for sleep, which I struggle with. I did use a magnesium butter from another but it didn’t have the same effect and the cream smelt stale on my skin the next morning so I repurchased this. No irritation, can be used on any aches and pains.

I have been using this magnesium spray for a while now and it definitely helps me sleep better. I was sceptical at first but you need to use it for a good few weeks to feel the benefits.The company is brilliant. Next day delivery at no charge and the packaging is 1st class. They even scent the inside tissue. Lovely!

Bought this to help with restless legs. I've found it works very well. it's quite strange, because it doesn't give an instant relief, but a very gradual one, and so it almost made me unsure if it was helping at first. But it's definitely improved my sleep quality, as a few sprays of this sorts the restless legs right out.Took 1 star off because I felt the product was pretty expensive.

This product was recommended. So glad I tried it. Really good. Did think little dearer than I would have liked but I do think it will last well. Very quick delivery and beautifully packed. This is second time of ordering same product.

This product is definitely a game changer for anyone suffering with restless leg syndrome. I’m on my second bottle now and it has completely eliminated all the symptoms associated with restless legs. I’ve suffer with insomnia quite badly too and this product has helped with that enormously. Can also relieve muscle pain if sprayed directly on affected area. Can’t recommend this product highly enough.

Good product and does work. But was disappointed when it arrived as the reviews said beautifully wrapped however mine had cello tape wrapped round the lid which looked like it had been on for years it took ages to get off and left a horrible sticky mess! So not happy about that to say how much it cost

This stuff amazing! It was recommended to me so thought I’d give it a try. It’s costly but lasts and really helps my legs and sleep! I’m a night shift worker so sometimes find it difficult to get to sleep when off and now I’m struggling to get through a program some nights!

Used recommend amount for sleep aid. On the 3 different nights I used it I woke in early hours with severe uncontrollable diarrhoea . If I could give zero stars I would.
