Very pleased with the Rockstar Energy drink. The Rockstar Energy drink comes in a 12 pack which is a great value for money. The taste of the Rockstar energy drink is good and I can really taste the delicious guarana and the magnificent good carbonation. The Rockstar Energy drink 12pk has no leakage for my order. All of the 12x Rockstar Energy drinks are sturdy and have good shape suitable for holding by hand and fitting inside of some cup holders. The Rockstar gives me enough energy to start and continue my day everyday. Also it is nice that the amount of sodium is not very high. I have no dislikes

I switched from Monster and was pleasantly surprised how good the taste is of Ockstarreally is.i like my energyDrinks really cold but Rockstar doesn’t achieve the cold I like even after 45 minutes in the freezer.For some reason every case of Rockstar that I order there is always 1-2 cans that are precrushed. 🤷‍♂️

Rockstar Original has been the best tasting out of all energy drinks for a long time. It had a bite at the back of the throat almost like alcohol or something and the flavor is tangy and slightly sour in a really delicious way. I literally never get tired of it. I completely replaced coffee with it. I was a little concerned when they were bought out by PepsiCO, but assumed that surely they wouldn't mess with the flagship product. I was foolishly naive. No bite, no tang, just rancid awful sweetness. The same undertaste that stops me from drinking most other energy drinks. I can't believe that they bought it out just to make it taste exactly as bad as all the others. I had to cancel my subscriptions immediately. First, they stopped selling the 24 packs, which made it all way more expensive to buy 12 packs for basically the same price. Now, they've just gone ahead and ruined the product altogether.In case you're curious, the difference seems to be that they've replaced "Sorbic Acid" and "Benzoic Acid" with "Sodium Benzoate" (that's bad) and "Potassium Sorbate" (also bad). Holding the two cans side-by-side, that appears to be the only visible difference. The Rockstar brand has a webpage with contact links. I reached out and they told me that PepsiCO is constantly adjusting it's formulas to maintain consistency of flavor. I told them that they seem to have succeeded, as I suspect that every subsequent can that I drink of this will taste exactly as gross as the last one until they change the formula back. They offered me a coupon. I said no thanks. What use is a coupon for cheaper repulsive swill? This needs to be fixed.

Don't get me wrong, I bought this purely to support RockStar energy (I also bought the OG throwback to compare) but the OG flavor was truly better.I remember back In the days (when Rockstar was the first energy drink in the USA) that was my go to. Over Redbull, monster, Nos etc.Then they changed the "formula" to what is now called "original" and honestly I have no idea why.That made me stop drinking Rockstar for so long, I ended up converting to a NoS drinker then a Monster energy drinker.Thankfully they brought back the OG flavor with the "throwback" version and all I can say is KEEP THAT VERSION PERMANENTLY!They really are different and where I'm honestly just too old to vividly remember the "taste" of the actual OG Rockstar (to like, compare it to this "throwback" version) and I'm not LA beast over there drinking outdated "vintage" products just to "remember" them lol.I can definitely say that the OG one definitely reminded me of the OG flavor (hence it's name) and it definitely is a different taste than the "now original" flavor.So 4/5 I still support RockStar, it was the first energy drink I even fell in love with and picked over all the rest but I just don't agree with the "change", hence my 4/5.5/5 for the OG flavor. Get throw back OG version, Rockstar, keep that version permanent, that's how you get OG fans back to being loyal to your drink over the rest. Facts.I'll be buying plenty more OG Throwback versions.No "hate" on the "original" i just don't person get the "change". I personally prefer/ed the OG flavor.
