Unpretentious Baker White Rye Flour, Non-GMO, Bread, Biscuits & Baked Goods (1 Gallon)

This rye flour is great. It smells amazing and had a wonderful flavor. I use it to add flavor and dimension to my sourdough starter. The bucket is great also. Makes storage a breeze.

I've made hamburger buns, sub rolls, cinnamon rolls, biscuits, and several loaves of bread with this rye flour. Everything has been very tasty! Going to give cookies a try next.

I used it for the first time today. There were a lot of lumps in the flour that I had to sift out with a regular sieve I had in the kitchen. The loaf of rye bread I made tastes really good, so I'm happy, regardless of the lumps.
