Love this! A great way to see your electric use (on each particular outlet. I use one for an Inverter A.C. unit and watch the consumption wattage change. It keeps track of Money spent (you input the cost per Kwh), Days of use, wattage,volts, etc. It is easily resettable at the begi ning of the new month etc. It's really hard to believe this is so low in price and really it makes you aware of what your spending-making it a good awareness tool. Why did you pick this product vs others?:No particular reason as there were many, but I can atteat that this brand works great

Got a pair of these to use for monitoring/measuring wattage consumption for various appliances and devices in our house, prior to having a generator switch installed in our house.In order to determine the branches to power through the generator switch box and how much each branch will consume for the total wattage and capacity of our generator, these two plug in monitors are proving to be worth their weight in gold!The display is crisp, the text sharp and easy to read and the backlight display, when needed, is a huge plus. The assorted options available for settings and view of volts, amps, watts, watt-hours, electrical cost factor, etc, are also excellent.Delighted with these and I might be ordering one more to monitor another major appliance we'd be using during a power-outage and generator use.My only regret is not being able to monitor 240 volt appliances like our oven/range and dryer, but, I'm searching for one specifically for this and if they're available, I'll consider getting one of those as well.As for these wattage monitors, delighted with their performance and the reasonable cost per unit. 5 Stars all around!

After having an alarming mishap with a portable AC unit this hot summer, I needed to determine the amperage draw on my circuit to protect my electronics.After looking for the run of the mill and industry standard Kill-A-Watt and seeing the price, I was interested in seeing if there were other similar items which would suffice. This product came up during my search, and seeing the price and the availability of a multi-pack for the same price as a single Kill-A-Watt I was tempted.After buying this item, I tried it on numerous outlets and with various devices plugged in, and tested them against the rated amp/current draw of the electronics I was plugging in and determined that the reader was accurate to the labeling on the devices that were drawing power.I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a Kill-A-Watt type device. My only issue is that this device is a little larger than a standard Kill-A-Watt, and because of that, I need to be mindful of where the unit is plugged in.Pros:- Cheap- Effective- Backlit LCD- Numerous functions- Reads electrical draws accuratelyCons:- Can be large depending on application

Simple product and does what's advertised. Short extension cord is great when the outlet has another device plugged in. Has enough useful features (readings) and easy to read to get a good picture of power draw of the device in question. Easy to use as there is not too many features to be confusing, and therefore, the instructions are simple and easy to follow.As this is my first monitor I've used, I was confused with the first display (reading) until I've had it running for two hours. Turns out when it says Wattage, it's not accumulated like the KWh display, but the live power draw measure.

This device works well for my use case, allowing me to know the cost of an appliance when I use it. The brightness is too high, but thankfully, I can press a button to turn off the backlight. The design seems high-quality and easy to use

A great tool to evaluate how much your appliances are costing you. Simple to use, just set your electric rate from your electric bill into the device, and it will tell you how much its costing you to use. Plug whatever you want to monitor into it. It will tell youi exactly how much power is being used and how much it costs to use it. I also use one for my hydroponic garden tent setup. The setup uses multiple lights, pumps, humidifiers, etc. I plug everything into this meter and I can see exactly how much I spent running everything for that month. Disigned well with a nice big backlit screen. A great tool to have!

Well made. Works great. It is great to know how much power and cost electrical appliances have. With the cost of electricity in my State, this is very useful.
